Medical Center Oberwaid, St. Gallen The sisters of Baldegg have managed the medical center of Oberwaid in the city of St. Gallen in Eastern Switzerland for over 80 years. In recent years visitor numbers and overnight stays have decreased. The congregation of the sisters has become smaller and grown older. Eventually the sisters decided to sell the site. After a long process, new owners were found in 2007. At the beginning of 2008, Resourceful Living performed a feasibility study. Thereafter we coordinated the project development process and assumed the role as project leader. Our primary task was to review the medical concept and to undertake the business planning.
